Katt Williams has been hit once again — this time with a lawsuit.

The trouble-prone comedian is being sued for $1 million by a woman who claims Williams viciously beat her while she was working as his personal assistant on a movie.

In the lawsuit, filed Wednesday in federal court in California, Angelina Triplett-Hill claims that she first met Williams in 2003, when she was working as a personal assistant for the Isley Brothers. After getting to know Williams, the suit says, Triplett-Hill befriended him and worked from time to time as a personal assistant for him.

That all changed in 2014, the lawsuit claims, when Triplett-Hill traveled to California to work as Williams’ personal assistant on a movie he was filming. According to the suit, Williams “violently lunged towards Triplett,” grabbed her phone out of her hand and threw it out of a truck window.

Triplett-Hill, who the suit says “had previously witnessed Williams violently beat other women in her presence,” claims that Williams then told her, “Bitch get out of my truck!”

And then things allegedly got ugly.

Triplett-Hill’s suit claims that Williams, in a “fit of rage,” began “violently striking” her in the face, causing her to fall to the ground, slam her head against the concrete and lose consciousness.

The suit says that the alleged attack resulted in a three-day hospital stay and caused Triplett-Hill to suffer “severe emotional distress.”

Alleging battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and other counts, Triplett-Hill is seeking damages of “no less than the amount of $1 million.”

Williams’ spokesperson has not yet responded to TheWrap’s request for comment.
